You may access this from VoiceNova for your own personal use subjected to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.

• Sell, rent or sub-license material from VoiceNova
• Reproduce, duplicate or copy material from VoiceNova
• Redistribute content from VoiceNova

2. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

1. The content you submit for text-to-speech conversion
2. Ensuring the content complies with all applicable laws
3. Not using the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
4. Not violating any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws)

3. Prohibited Content

You agree not to use the service to generate speech from text that:

• Is illegal, threatening, defamatory, abusive, harassing, degrading, intimidating or otherwise objectionable
• Contains sexually explicit content
• Promotes violence or discrimination
• Infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other intellectual property rights
• Contains private information of third parties
• Contains viruses or malware

4. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 24/7 availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may temporarily suspend access for maintenance or upgrades without notice.

5. Limitations of Liability

VoiceNova will not be liable for any consequential, incidental, indirect, or special damages arising from:

• Your use or inability to use the service
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our service
• Any bugs, viruses, or similar that may be transmitted through our service

6. Accuracy of Content

While we strive for accuracy, we do not warrant that the text-to-speech output will be completely error-free or suitable for your specific needs.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

8. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located there for the resolution of any disputes.
